This product is for you if:

Skip if: you are at stubble length or a short beard. There is not enough hair for a rinse-out conditioner to do anything. Start with a beard wash and oil instead.

Behentrimonium methosulfate is the detangler, a gentle conditioning agent rather than a harsh cationic surfactant. Plant-powered, sulfate-free, paraben-free, and made without essential oils or added fragrance of any kind.

Hydrolyzed quinoa forms a light film along the hair shaft that smooths the cuticle, so a comb passes through with less resistance and less snapping. Avocado oil and provitamin B5 hold moisture in coarse strands, which is where dryness and frizz start. It rinses out completely, so there is no residue on the skin underneath.

In the shower, after washing. Dispense a dime-sized amount into your palms, adding more for a longer beard. Rub your hands together, then work it evenly through damp beard hair, avoiding the skin underneath. Let it sit two to three minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week, or three to four times a week if your beard runs dry or coarse. Follow with beard oil after towel drying to hydrate the skin beneath.
